Job Title:Sales Supervisor / Assistant Manager

THE ROLE

A driven and motivated sales supervisor/Assistant manager is required to market/sell Perfumes & Cosmetics for this leading manufacturer of perfume to the KSA market.

Requirements

M.B.A. (Sales & Marketing) is essential

Previous KSA experience is highly preferable

Experience preferable in perfumery & cosmetic products, through modern trade (chain of super and hyper stores) or dealers distribution, Retails experience is an added advantage.

Driving is a MUST

Arabic speaker preferable, Fluent in English

Excellent in communication, computer, and interpersonal skills

Ability to handle team under him and to work under pressure

Prime Responsibility

Lead a team of executive sales

Responsible for sales target achievements with his team

Create dealers distribution chain. Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with dealers

Responsible for modern trade (B2B) collaborations and Online market place
