Maintenance Engineer @ Indus Management

Designation: Senior engineer maintenance

Experience: 6 to 12 yrs

Qualification: diploma or BE

Planning the annual Maintenance and preparing the check sheets according to the frequency

Executing the PM as per the plan & recording the data's in the check sheets

Identification of all abnormalities during the PM and the abnormalities are to be corrected to the possible extent or else to be planned/ensure the spare parts availability Have to improve the spare part management systems and reordering the parts on regular b intervals.

Have to be ensuring the permanent correction action of repeated problem and to improve the machine efficiency horizontally against industrial safety standard.

Have to be ensuring all the equipment are calibrated with in the frequent interval and planning for calibration activities Analysing the Breakdowns by using standard problem-solving techniques and identify the root cause to take the permanent corrective action

Departmental KPI (MTTR & MTBF) Monitoring and to take the necessary steps to achieve the targets.

Manage any other tasks/duties assigned by the management from time to time Monitoring and maintain the MTTR and MTBF on monthly basis and reporting the machine 12 breakdowns to management

General Responsibilities
1 Receiving of Break down slips and Troubleshooting the problems Updating the break down history in History card and other related files like spares, Purchase 2 request etc., Should communicate the breakdown status to the internal and cross functional team 3 General Maintenance for DG, Transformer, LT Switch gear, Bay and street lightings and Air 4 conditioning system Utility maintenance for all supporting accessories like Chiller, Compressor, Material conveying 5 system's, etc., 6 Regular follow up for local vendors for consumable spares and service support 7 Monitoring the legal requirements accomplish the same on time to time External supplier coordination, Work permit release and to provide the safety environment to the 8 Supplier. 9 Change the backup tapes in server as per the daily, weekly, monthly plan 10 Must take the leadership for continuous improvement projects 11 Maintaining and Managing the EMS 14001 and IS0 9001, ISO 13485 & ISO 45001 Documentations 12 Coordinate with Global Team as required and ensure compliance.

Academic/ Related Work Experience Requirements : Graduate or Diploma in Engineering
