Job Description
1) Ability to define customer/user journeys of his/her product, keeping in mind all corner cases and special conditions covering all the key customer accounts. Ability to define the to-be customer/user journey for any new account. Ability to independently drive customer demos/business process mapping2) Understanding of complete roadmap of own product and contributes to roadmap development and refinement across the product or for specific functional areas based on the experience. Good understanding of RoI-based feature optimization.
3) Participates OR Provides inputs in user research, persona development, usability testing, contextual inquiry, or task analysis to drive UX/UI improvements.
4) Understands key aspects of the industry in terms of structure and major players, up-to-date with key developments in the industry. Publishes blog or whitepaper on industry-relevant topics
5) Performs analysis of product portfolio of competitors
6) Functional understanding of different elements of product stack and ability to provide input for solution design. Development experience is required.
7) Understanding of project dependencies, estimation frameworks and can lead to sprint planning and provide inputs to the product backlog
8) Strong ability to gather and synth customer requirements and convert them into features and detailed user stories with acceptance criteria
9) Uses effective communication to influence others; ability to manage challenging conversations; communicate with conviction, to different stakeholders. Establishes oneself as a trusted advisor by participating in the customer's decision-making process
10) Pushes him/herself and team to continuously achieve greater results by setting challenging stretch goals and understanding own motivations and career goals
