Post - Travel Desk cum Admin Executive (Only Female)

Location Andheri West Mumbai
Working Days 2 Saturdays off
Experience Minimum 3 yrs in Travel Desk/Ticketing/Booking etc from any Corporate background
Qualification Any graduate is compulsory plus IATA preferred but not compulsory
Job Role :-
v Manage & Handle of Travel desk independently.
v Book/Issue international/domestic ticketing for Employees. Lead the self-booking portal and other national tie ups.
v Issue Air tickets, Hotel booking, travel Insurance, create PNR, re issuance & cancellation,
v Usage of various Airline Ticketing Portals & Travel Management Softwares.
v Good vendor network & help travel head in onboarding new vendor contracts for travel services.
v Responsible for online invoice downloading from different Airline website & submit with finance.
v Developing air routes with best connectivity.
v Responding to queries
v Making Tour Itineraries as per employees requirement ( Domestic/International)
v Making all the booking in a process as per company's policy.
v Contracting with hotel for our corporate booking
v Making Invoice on portal of offline booking.
v Manage relationships with travel agencies and vendors.
v Process MIS, Billing & generating reports for accounts reconciliation for payments to vendors.
v Assist Admin Head into Admin related activities & attend Front Office.
