Job Description

omonitor all civil & structural work assignments at MOPL & ACPL sites and have to keep control over civil contractor regarding quality and specification and dimensions as per drawing.
omaintain records regarding usage of various civil and structural material required for particular work (i.e. Cement & steel) & to give instructions / notice to contractor for proper usage.
omonitor & assess the quality of civil and structural material received on behalf of either contractor or company .
oprepare planning schedule of each work (Bar chart) in consultation with site supervisors of contractor to executive each work as per bar chart.
oIf contractor fails to work as per your instruction or not following your instruction the same should be informed to departmental head immediately.
oprepare the statements of Bills of Civil and structural work under various project / R&M heads so as to assess the cost of the civil work for that particular head.
osupervise various Civil and structural work in both the companies i.e. M/s. Multi Organics Pvt. Limited, & its Sister concern M/s. Abhideep Chemicals Pvt. Ltd., and staff quarters.
oensure the progress / timely completion of civil construction work by -coordinating with civil contractor deputed under you for executing the civil construction work.
oYou shall carry on civil construction work in co-ordination with other project executing team as & when it is deemed necessary.
oYou should not allow any contractor worker to work without permit & wearing necessary PPE required as per work nature
