Job Description
- Provides orientation for new employees by providing information about company policies, gathering withholding and other payroll information, explaining benefit programs, and obtaining signatures for documents.
- Maintains human resources records for employees by recording the hiring, transfer, termination, change in job classifications, and merit
- Tracks Marketing team working by completing forms, reports, logs, and records of there daily working.
- Able to do screening, and interviewing applicants.
- Able to do joining and other formalities individually
- Experienced to handle salary preparation part including deductions and performance.
- Handle day to day operational & admin work i.e Leave, Attendance & other things to manage as per the business requirement.
- Conducting training sessions / presentations on new initiatives, policies and process as and when needed.
- Able to do travelling to handle other branches performance of Marketing team & records also
Experience
- Regular Studies from reputed University Any Graduate and MBA in Marketing & HR
- Candidates with 3 to 5 years of experience in Marketing, HR and Administration Activities
- Candidates age should be below 40 yrs.
- Candidates staying in Noida/Delhi will be preferred
- Candidates need to be very good in verbal and written Hindi & English language
- Must have good communication skills.
- Salary will be as per qualification and working experience (according to Job description )
