Urgently looking out for HR Director for Mumbai location @ HR Connect One

Responsibilities:
HR policies and procedures paly strategic role in strategizing & setting up polices and procedure, Understanding, authoring, updating and implementing the same.
Should have worked in every parlance of HR operations in similar consulting firm with multiple service lines, multiple geographies.
Joining formalities: Responsible for Induction, training, on-boarding of new employees.
Talent acquisition: Recruitment processes, screening, sourcing of candidates for various positions, liaison with consultants and background verification of candidates.
Learning & Development: Organizing events and activities for employees Career development, skills enhancement etc.
Statutory compliance PF, ESI, PT, Gratuity, and knowledge of all manpower related laws. Monthly, half yearly and annual returns under the various Acts.
Performance Management: Device a system for Employee engagement, performance evaluation, appraisal and management.
HR generalist Activities: Implementing and managing a continuous improvement process for all activities undertaken within the HR department. Payroll management, Appraisals, Budgets and annual increment projections.
