Role Summary

To sell the Surgical Products in Selling of Ethicon Company.

To Visit the Doctor, Clinic, or Hospital

To co-ordinate with Clinics and Company

Key accountability:

Establish and build new relationships with existing and potential producers that have a prospective business that meets the company underwriting criteria

Develop an in-depth understanding of your Company products Selling

Conduct sales in Hospital, Clinic or Doctor.

Assist business with product and products queries

Demonstrate marketing sells skills to achieve visitation & sales targets

Experience/knowledge

Knowledge of the Pharma Industry (desirable)

Business development and marketing skills

Excellent interpersonal skills to develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Written and oral communication

Negotiation skills

A driven sales approach that ensures targets are met

Demonstrated commercial acumen and strong understanding of business requirements

Excellent analytical skills

Candidate should have experience in Medical & Pharma
