Office Administrative
We are looking for an office administrative male/female who can read and write good English, has a pleasant personality, a decent education, comes from good family background, has loyalty and integrity and is willing to multi-task and is flexible and willing to learn, to join our team based in Mumbai at Nariman Point.
Job Responsibilities and Role
1.To read and respond to emails and letters and phone calls.
2.Should know how to communicate politely but firmly with clients, vendors, suppliers, and business partners/associates.
3.Should have knowledge of obtaining and comparing quotations in excel of suppliers and vendors and present to Directors/ accounts Team.
4.Should know how To handle office front desk and staff and outside administration work
5.Must have knowledge of Organising meetings and appointments for Owners/Directors and meet and greet visitors in a pleasant manner.
6.Should be flexible and willing to do any work/Assignment as given by the management.
7.Should know how to Perform front desk/reception duties.
8.Must have knowledge and experience of Maintaining office records and filing systems
9.Will be asked to arrange air travel, visas if required, book hotels and transport of the Owner and Organise and maintain appointment diary.
Qualification, skill and years of experience.
1.Minimum graduate degree B.A, B.Com, M.com, from English speaking College in Mumbai. Knowledge of Marathi/Gujarati also an advantage along with good written and spoken English.
2.Number of Years or experience Min 2-5 years
3.Age between 28 to 45 Years
4.Working knowledge of computer systems MS Office, Word, Excel and if Tally accounts package, will be an advantage.
5.Experience in handling administration and basic accounting (Tally Package) and handling staff and clients skills is what we are looking for.
6.Well dressed and groomed persons with pleasant personality only should apply.
7.Preferably living between Colaba, Nariman Point upto Worli ot Dadar, Byculla, area preferred. Other candidates if suitable and exceptional will also be given a fair and equal opportunity.
