Inbound Voice Process - Customer Service .
Permanent Work from Home .
No Sales - No Targets at all
24*7 Shifts ( Any 9 hours of Shifts )
6 days working
No Contract
No Bond

Desired Skillsets and Parameters :

Candidate should have laptop
Candidate should have / arrange WIFI Connection .
Candidate should be above 18 years of Age
Candidate should have Valid Aadhar Card - DOB Should be mentioned in DD-MM- YYYY format
Candidate should have Pan Card or willing to apply on immediate basis .
Candidate should have excellent communication in English and Hindi as well .
Candidate should be willing to work as a Customer Service Agent .
Candidate should have English Typing speed of 25WPM

Salary Grid
For UnderGraduates
For Freshers : 17000 CTC ( Approx 14 k in Hand )
For Experienced - 18500 CTC ( Approx 15K In Hand )
For Graduates
Graduates with 1 + year of Experience with Excellent command over English and Hindi - 21K CTC

There is Performance and attendance incentives of 3K to 5 K every month above and apart from Salary .

Process of Interview
HR Round > Ops Round > Aptitude Test > Typing Test > Versant Round > Offer letter

All Interview Process would be done virtually from your home . Need not to come to Office .
