Job Description

1. Communicating with hiring manager to understand hiring needs and identifying suitable candidates

2. Assisting in drafting job descriptions and specifications. Posting job requirements on various job boards and social media networks.

3. Shortlisting and interviewing candidates

4. Planning and organising training programs and workshops for new hires.

5. Maintaining a detailed record of the company's employees.

6. Employee Engagement. Planning and conducting events

7. Conflict Management.

8. Conducting exit interview to identify the reason for termination/resignation.
