Experience: 12+ Years in a Six Sigma role

Minimum 2 Years of experience as Senior Manager on papers

or

Minimum 1+ Years of experience as Director or AVP on papers

Qualifications and Technical Competencies Required

• Education Mandatory: Graduate / Post Graduate in any stream, Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt Certified
• Desirable: Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt Certified and exposure to ISO 9001 & 27001

Technical Competencies: (Job related)

• Very Good knowledge in Project Management (DMAIC, DMADV / DFSS)
• Very Good Exposure to Lean Tools and Six Sigma Tools
• Good knowledge of MS Office,
• Good knowledge of statistical tools like Minitab, JMP, SPSS

Soft Skills: (Job related)

• Professional etiquette
• Good Communication skills
• Good interpersonal skills

Certification

• Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt Certified
