Roles and Responsibilities
- Should have experience in handling 50-to 60 member team with 3 to 4 Team Leader.
- Should be data oriented, one who can slice or dice the data and produce inferences.
- Should be able to manage the client or any escalation or production issues on a day-to-day basis independently.
- Should be a go-getter and willing to learn and should be able to manage aggressive targets.
- Excellent communication & Interpersonal skills
- Should be able to take decisions independently & have analytical skills
- Excellent People Management skills
- 2 year to 3 years of experience in BPO as an AM (Should be in Papers) or 1yr to 2yrs managing Voice/ Non Voice processes for Telecom or International telecom Voice/ Non Voice process.
Mandatory: Education 10+2+3 (Graduate)
Desirable: Graduate
Mandatory: UK shift (12pm-9pm) 5 days working module.
Budget : Upto 7.5LPA
Should be an immediate joiner(added advantage)
