Responsibilities
- Drive the engineering investments and roadmap that enable partners and sellers to get successfully recognized and rewarded.
- Facilitate the engineering investments required to deliver new programs and incentives offers to all partners and sellers.
- Work closely across engineering, business groups, finance and operations teams to drive alignment and deliver experiences for that deligth partners and sellers.
- Manage partner engagements and work directly with our partners to understand their needs.
- Use data to monitor, measure and ensure we are doing the right things for our partners and sellers.
- Listen to, understand, and evangelize partners and sellers user cases and scenarios.
- Drive and deliver executive reviews.
Required Qualifications:
- B Tech or master s degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 5+ years experience working as a Product/Program Manager or managing/shipping software or technology related products.
- Prior full stack experience - experience owning/driving a product or components that has both front-end and back-end elements
- Excellent communication skills with a proven track record of cross group collaboration. Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong problem solving skills, and the ability to dive into details and drive to resolve issues.
- Experience managing requirements and alignment across business and engineering teams
- A passion for deeply understanding partner needs, and enabling the business.
- Strong track of record of delivering services and/or shipping products.
- Technical expertise and ability to communicate, work & build trust with busines groups and technical teams.
