Act as a first point of contact for all communications at the CEOs office and deal with correspondence accordingly
Respond to emails and calls in a timely manner post concurring with the CEO
Take notes and transcribe them to documents/emails Conduct miscellaneous tasks such as research on relevant topics and so on to support the CEO
Manage CEOs diary and organise meetings and appointments
Reminder for important tasks and deadlines Manage the To-Do list and liaise with relevant teams to complete tasks on daily basis
Book and arrange travel and accommodation Type, compile and prepare minutes, reports, presentations and correspondence Curate the expense details accurately before presenting it to the Accounting team
Proficiency in Administrative writing skills, The know-hows of Travel logistics ,Organisation skills, Microsoft Office skills, Professionalism & Confidentiality Good Typing speed and Verbal Communication, Microsoft Word and Excel ,Use of Google Calendar, Result Driven Organised & Meticulous Timelines bound Problem solving Willing to do more with less.
