Placescollection calls to customers in assigned que. Performs related follow-up such as reconciliation, administrativepaperwork, etc.
Verifiesand processes all lien waivers.
Executecollection plan for assigned accounts, including resolving any billingdisputes.
Communicatecustomer issues to Operations and/or Sales.
Recommendaccount blocks or legal action where necessary.

Preparecustomer statements and other financial reports.
Ensuretimely and accurate cash application.
Processcredit card payments.
