Job Description

What you need to bring:
  • Understand company needs to define system specifications, plan and design the structure of a technology solution
  • Understand the end-to-end architecture of the product and design components.
  • Evaluate Manage technical processes and evangelize Replicon s technology to existing and prospective customers, and to drive new product and service offerings in Customer adoption.
  • Work closely with designers and developers to explain the structure, assist them throughout the assembly process and provide valuable input from the field
  • Collaborate with the rest of the engineering team to plan, design and deliver new/complex features.
  • Assist in the development of the Proof of Concept, continuing to provide support to the prospect in their product evaluation.
  • Address technical concerns, ideas and suggestions
  • Be the front face for the customer for all technical ownership
Qualifications:
  • 12 years of experience in technical Solution Engineering with at least 3 years as a Technical Architect
  • Preference will be given to those with experience in SaaS delivery model
  • Proven record of handling the architecture and delivery in a startup/e-commerce ecosystem within a high growth matrix environment
  • Successfully architected and led technology for consumer-facing products in the global market, along with being an efficient, proficient problem-solver who envisions business and technical perspectives to develop workable solutions.
  • Experience and knowledge of open source software, frameworks and broader cutting edge technologies
  • Having experience with AWS is an asset, but any Cloud infrastructure platform is a strong starting point (eg. Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud)
  • Adopt industry best practices in all of your projects - TDD, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, linting
  • Desire and capability to take ownership of an application s stack, quality, architecture, deployment and tooling to give our millions of customers a great experience
