Job Location: Bangalore/ Hyderabad/ GoaGeneral Summary

The Identity and Access Management (IAM) Analyst provides support for the IAM. This role will provide diligent resolution to IAM Service Requests and Incidents understanding the criticality of the role and SOX compliance. Role ensures the systems and processes protects the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of CommScope's resources.Duties & Responsibilities

• Monitor systems associated to IAM solutions and provide incident and problem management support.
• Develop standard operating procedures, best practices and user documentation.
• Proactively work with technology and product managers to identify potential issues and ensure effective remediation.
• Support issues pertaining to identity lifecycle management processes (new hire onboarding, employee separation, job transfers, access remediation and privileged access requests) in compliance with established policies, procedures, and SLAs.
• Assist in the collection and verification of SOX documentation and audit samples
• Provide support to the global enterprise, including 24 hour availability required solution response throughout implementation efforts and Debut activities.
• Special projects as assigned.
• Upgrade and maintain IAM systems

Skills required

Include confirmed proficiencies and physical, mental, & interpersonal skills.

• Experience in Information Security with a focus on the support of IAM systems.
• 2+ years experience in troubleshooting, managing, and solving IAM issues.
• Knowledge of Net IQ suite including e-Directory, Access Manager, Sophisticated Authentication and SSPR a plus.
• Demonstrable understanding of ticketing systems, ServiceNow is a plus.
• Familiarity with LDAP, MFA, Privileged Access and SSO concepts.
• Familiarity with identity control standard concepts, practices, and procedures such as access approval, privileged access management, segregation of duties, and access recertification.
• Ability to collaborate and work well in a team setting.
• Ability to work effectively and efficiently from remote locations.
• Familiarity with Linux a plus.
