Duties and responsibilities are as follows.
a) Choose and recruit the appropriate team members & handhold them till IRDA certification.
b) Focus exclusively on team members monthly income by ensuring the team member has an adequate prospect / suspect funnel / communicate rewards schemes from time to time and enthuse the team to qualify the rewards schemes and contests.
c) Guide and keep the team morale high at all the times by working on improving their skills, getting them to taste success and make them independent.
d) Advise the company on the team's performance communicate to the team on the desired versus actual performance, give specific feedback, design action plan for performance improvement and review the plan execution.
e) Train, Coach and mentor team, through on the job and field and classroom coaching techniques.
f) Instill customer orientation amongst the team and enhance their financial quotient.
g) Review the activities of team and jointly plan the business promotion and development of them.
h) Develop content of training of team.
i) Build and manage your own team- including relationship issues between team and clients.
j) Deal appropriately with operational issues of team recruited by you.
k) Ensure ethical selling and quality of business, enhance team sensitivity to business quality.
l) Identify good markets for the company.
m) Efficient, satisfactory and economical operation in the area of responsibility which may be assigned to you by the company from time to time.
Renumeration:-The renumeration will be payable to you will be monthly subject to you confirmation by the company. The calculations of renumeration, without prejudice to your position.
Incentives:-The Incentives will be earned according to your revenue generation with the team and you individually. the incentives slabs will be discussed on your joining.
