Job Description

Job Purpose:

Contribute to the development of sales, marketing, customer retention, pricing and distribution plans for the assigned product line, market segment and list of customer accounts to achieve sales target.


Major Accountabilities:

  • Pursue sales leads; visit existing and new develop customers
  • Assess customer needs and suggest appropriate products and services
  • Responsible for quoting products, order booking and debt collection to achieve sales target for assigned area.
  • Respond to customer enquiries; negotiate prices and delivery times within limits of authority, and conclude sales orders to meet revenue targets.
  • Identify, research, and contact prospective customers and build positive relationships that will generate future sales and repeat business
  • Refer sales leads, customer feedback, and information on competitor activity to appropriate contacts within the organistion so that they can respond to changing market conditions and customer demands
  • Develop long-term sales plans for key customers and accounts and monitor and adapt sales activities so that these objectives are met
  • Establish annual, quarterly, monthly, or weekly sales & collection plans and prioritize and schedule own activities so these targets are met
  • Coordinate with Application Engineering team for providing information on new application, products to existing and new customers.
  • Proactively recruit new qualifying dealers and look for untapped area where complete product mix can be promoted and sold

Education: BE, Diploma Electrical /Electronics

Experience: 3+ yrs. from the same industry

Other Requirement: Geographic & cultural Knowledge, Techno commercial knowhow, Arabic knowledge will be an advantage.
