Avenue E-Commerce Limited (AEL) is an online extension of Avenue Supermarts Limited's flagship brand. DMart Ready is the mobile application through which our customers order grocery and other utility products. We seeks to be a one-stop shopping destination for the entire family, meeting all their daily household needs offering value for money. A wide selection of home utility products is offered at affordable prices, including groceries, foods, toiletries, beauty products, garments, kitchenware, bed and bath linen, home appliances and much more. Currently we are present at Mumbai, Pune, Ahmedabad, Surat, Vadodara, Bhopal, Indore, Hyderabad and Bangalore locations.
Position Name: City Manager - HR
Job Description
- Collaborate with the human resources team to develop effective recruitment strategies
- Identify future staffing needs
- Respond to human resources-related inquiries
- Assist with payroll processing
- Handle ER/IR issues, Statutory compliances
- Third party workforce management
- Administer new employee on-boarding and orientation
- Develop and maintain talent management processes
- Monitor employee morale and company culture
- Conduct exit interviews and recommend corrective action if necessary
- Lead team of HR Officers and guide them in day to day activities
This is six day week job and requires travel within the city.
Location: Hyderabad (Gachibowli), Bangalore (Hennur / CK Palya), Mumbai (Western line) , Pune, Indore
