Roles and Responsibilities
1. Team Handling Profile for a team size of 7-8 employees.
2. Cross Sales of all Insurance Products (Life, Health and General)
3. Achieving MOM and Annual Sales Targets.
4. Conducting training regularly for all Insurance Products for the team.
5. Tracking calling, talk time and connectivity ratio for Team.
6. Regularly auditing pitching done by the team and giving feedback.
7. Liasoning with B2C Sales Center Heads and TSM to push for leads flow.
8. Tracking the uncalled lead bucket and to ensure lead is getting addressed maximum in 2 hours.
9. Tracking daily activities done on lead square.
10. Regular upload of data in lead square for the team mates.
11. Doing concalls with the team to help in conversion.
12. Liasoning with all Insurance Partners for smooth business and trainings.
13. Ensuring issuance of all the cases logged in by the team.
14. Diligently checking cases to avoid any fraudulent activity or any mis commitment given to the customer.
15. IRDA Certification is mandatory.
