Job Description
JOB PURPOSE -
- To be responsible for developing new markets with focused approach on finding suitable channel partner for marketing and distribution of company products
- To maintain good relation with existing customers and provide full support and work on growth strategy in these markets.
- To seek market intelligence in terms of new products launched / to be launched by the competitors and pro-actively suggest new products to add to the company Product portfolio to help expanding business base in existing markets.
Key Responsibilities -
- General Business Functions
- To prepare objectives country-by-country, product-by-product to show the viability of the market / products.
- Monthly review of sales and profitability.
- Keep close track on the expenses for Regulatory, Marketing and Others.
2. Registration
- Develop good relations with the FDA in the respective countries.
- To provide practical feedback to the Regulatory department to accelerate registration process.
- Submission, follow up of dossiers with different FDAs and also keep a track on the renewals etc.
3. Distribution
- Appointment of channel partners, (Sales & Marketing, Distributors) by entering into detailed contract / agreement citing clear responsibilities, cost and long terms implications in terms of company's interest. Full understanding of Distribution agreement.
- To ensure availability of the products as well as ensuring No Expiry .
- Follow up with the Distributor for timely payments.
4. Product Management
- To coordinate with the Product Management Executives to develop country specific promotional campaign.
- Help developing and indenting for promotional inputs for marketing and coordination with Logistics department for shipment along with commercial consignment.
- Preparing and regularly updating training module for the field force in respective countries.
