As one of the Talent Champion you are responsible for managing end to end recruitment activities for Non-IT divisions
Partner with hiring managers to determine staffing needs.
Sourcing, Screening relevant profiles from various job boards.
Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates.
Administering appropriate company assessments.
Should work with hiring team and ability influence and drive talent demands.
Responsible for managing end to end hiring process for Non-IT division.
Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure staffing goals are achieved.
Desired Candidate Profile
Non-IT hiring experience is Must.
Good command in oral and written communication skills in English.
Microsoft Office skills and basic computer knowledge
Stake holder management, multitasking and flawless work.
Candidates with relevant hiring experience of min 5years + with excellent communication skills required.
