Job Description

Experience managing production systems with a strong availability SLA
Design end-to-end features and systems to secure infrastructure services and web applications Write code, test and maintain production services for high availability, reliability and performance Collaborate and consult with multiple engineering teams and other functional stakeholders from Legal, Privacy, Security, Compliance, Risk and IT for integration into our platform Ensure that identified security issues are prioritised and addressed in an appropriate time frame
Mentor junior team members

Qualifications -

BS/BE degree in Computer Science or related fields
At minimum 3 years of engineering experience Strong problem solving and coding skills
Solid understanding of Java or Go for backend / systems software development

Scalability engineering Distributed systems Well versed with building UI and backend systems
Well-versed with the Uber ecosystem, development methodologies and overall processes
