Roles and Responsibilities:

Should have good knowledge of using job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn,etc.
Should have good coordination between consultants and internal teams.
Should have knowledge of Bulk Hiring
Can handle work pressure
End-To-End Recruitment knowledge is must
Preferred candidate from NBFC/Banking or Consultancy background
Should have good communication skills (Verbal & Written)
