Job Description
- Conduct functional analysis sessions with Industry Strategy and PMG to understand the industry needs and develop packaged solutions to meet those needs.
- Work with technical architects to design and develops workflows, user interfaces, integration scripts, ETL mapping, data modeling and data loading.
- Demonstrate and facilitate integration discussions of product functionality and product architecture (i.e. show data and process flow from one Blue Yonder solution to another).
- Supports the development and execution of test scripts to ensure the solution consistently meets the objectives.
- Provide guidance to Customer Success on implementation and support of the solution packages.
- Assist in roadmap planning efforts.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelors degree (STEM preferred) and 6 to 10 years of experience in supply chain implementations/ product development; ideally a candidate that has started as a Software Engineer/ Implementation consultant and progressed to Lead Software Engineer/ Implementation architect within the last 2-3 years
- Strong supply chain domain knowledge in BY/JDA SCPO solutions
- Expertise in configuration of BY SCPO products, Solution Integration, Quality Assurance, System Testing.
- Knowledge on interfaces between BY SCPO products and external integration
- Ability to resolve complex problems with minimal guidance.
- Excellent computer skills with in-depth knowledge of operating systems, client/server technology, ERP systems, Integration and Middleware technologies and applications
- Strong proactive communicator and presenter, able to influence and collaborate at all levels of an organization to maximize problem resolution while effectively presenting information and responding to highly specialized technical questions
- Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills
- Teamwork mentality
- Hands-on development/ implementation skills along with architecture/design experience; should not have moved away from software development/ implementation
- Exposure to API management platforms & providing / consuming RESTful APIs and DevOps.
