We have an urgent opening for the position of Customer Care Executive for E commerce Industry.

Job responsibilities:

1. HSC/Graduate with 1-4 years of relevant experience in customer service.
2. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Attend to customers inquiries and purchases.
4. Prompt, efficient and accurate reply to emails. (acknowledgment with 24 hours)
5. A thorough knowledge and understanding of our products, return policy and processes.
6. Resolution of customer queries, issues and complaints as per SOP.
7. Co-ordination between various department.
8.On calls-50% and on emails & chats-50%.
