Roles and Responsibilities

Perform diversified duties in the reception area mainly consisting into:.

Handling Front Desk and Co-ordination, Excellent Communication Skill.
Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material.
Welcome visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
Take care of the allocated reception space.

Desired Candidate Profile

Should be Graduate
MS Office knowledge
Vendor management
Reception management
Guest relations
Good communication skills with excel knowledge
