A. Job Profile : Talent Acquisition [Recruitment] Professionals
Handling full cycle of Recruitment from sourcing of candidates through in-house database, using portals, referrals.
Handling first round of HR Interview in order to judge the candidate's suitability for attitude, academic, experience, & communication skills.
Formulating interview schedules, filling reports of candidate's status, recording their joining reports, tracking hiring reports, and maintaining resume database.
Scheduling & coordinating interviews. Consistently following up with candidates.
Lead the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position.
Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
Coordinate with client and candidates up to the final joining of candidate at client place.

B. Job Profile : Business Development Professionals
Ideally he has to work as profit centre head and define entire marketing strategy / plan including innovative ways to approach the potential clients, generate leads, Brand building of the company in Domestic as well as International Markets, by way of effective advertisement & promotional activities.
To develop a deep understanding of the Staffing / Recruitment Industry processes and the Client Profile.
Will be responsible to acquire New Clients for the company.
Tracking new companies in various industry verticals, placing proposals & getting the MOUs signed.
Enhance service relationships with existing clients.
Keep track of weekly calls and appointments.
Be responsible for maintaing client relationship and meeting client expectations.
Process all correspondence & paperwork concerning all of the clients.
Arrange / Prepare proposals & contracts for clients;
Effectively represent company at various professional forums / Levels.

C. Job Profile : Sourcing Specialist

To be the backbone of the operations team by way of providing support through sourcing.
Advertising the openings on different job portals and job boards
Filtering the CVs based on technical requirements and thus improving the shortlisting efficiency.
Data Gathering & Management.
Update the recruitment software on day to day basis.
Generate MIS & other reports as and when required by the Management.

Experience :- Fresher
Qualification : BE / BTech / MBA / MSC / MCA ( 2019 / 2020 pass out) with Confident with Excellent in communication oral & written communication
