We need a candidates for the position of Store Sales Manager/Retail Store Manager for a reputed Asia's Largest Home Decor' company.(Modular Kitchen & Wardrobe,Home Decor')

Location: Gurugram

Requirements:

Graduate/PG with 2-6 years of experience managing sales at retail store.

Excellent sales skills, ability to sell on your own
Proven successful experience as a retail Store Manager

Responsibilities :

Develop business strategies to raise our customer pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability
Alias with designers and architects to drive store sales
Capture feedback from lost customers and help category team improve the range
Ensure inventory of displayed goods is available through constant checks
Additional to store manager duties, also need to own the sales targets for store and improve lead to order conversion
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits etc.
Propose innovative ideas to increase market share.
Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc)
Be a shining example of well behavior and high performance
