Job Description

Education: Bachelor's or masters degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent

Experience: Total of software QA testing experience of 4 to 10 years (Anyone greater than 7 years with a 2 plus years of QA lead experience will be considered for a lead role)

Mandatory Skills:

bdd

1. Strong STLC and SDLC knowledge with solid experience and knowledge in different types of testing

2. Experience working in Agile Scrum model

3. Very good communication skills and experience working with teams in US/Europe. Someone who loves solving problems with a can do` attitude

4. Very good background in manual QA as well automation QA

5. Testing experience of Web Applications

6. Solid JAVA language programming skills

7. Database concepts o Experience working in any or all databases like MySQL or Oracle or MS SQL (Solid knowledge of RDBMS concepts) o Knowledge and experience in writing SQL queries for Database CRUD operations and using them for manual or automation or both

8. Web Services API testing (> 2 years): o Solid knowledge of Web Services: SOAP services or RESTful Services or both and Knowledge and experience of manual testing of SOAP APIs or RESTful APIs or both using well known tools like postman or SOAP UI or similar tools

9. Web Application UI Automation Skills (> 2 years):

o Automation scripts development using Selenium, Java, and Test NG using standard reusable design principles

o Exposure to design custom test frameworks

Nice to Have Skills:

1. 2+ years of experience of automation of Web Service API testing using Ready API or REST Assured framework

2. UI Automation using Cucumber BDD Framework and JAVA (At least 6 12 months exp)

3. Experience with scripting languages, such as JavaScript, Windows, and Unix shell scripting

4. Knowledge and experience in stored procedures and debugging using DB
