Agile Project Manager / Scrum Master - Noida @ Rarr Technologies

Candidate with good project coordinator management experience, communication skills, and presentation skills.

Experience with Microsoft Project, Jira and other project management tools

Good verbal and written communication skills

Can manage the project delivery of our clients. You must be able to adapt the model of the project delivery depending on the client needs. (e.g., Waterfall project delivery or acting as Scrum Master for the Project).

You must be comfortable with working in situations where there may be a variety of ways of working across the various teams. As a PM, your responsibilities may include leading a single project or working as part of a larger team, led by somebody else.

Being Scrum Master for software development cross-functional teams involving front-end, back-end engineers, designers

Working with Product, Design, Engineering and various stakeholders to prioritize and coordinate development efforts to deliver on schedule

Coaching, facilitating and maintaining consistent and beneficial Agile process methodologies for the teams, driving process and transparency

Communicating with the business around teams velocity and projects health not just for your own teams but supporting the PMO in reporting on all teams status

Preparing and managing project plans, documentation, risk mitigation and resource management as needed for cross-team initiatives and large projects/programs

Being available as necessary to troubleshoot urgent issues and remove impediments for the team

Supporting and educating the Product Owner, especially on grooming and maintaining the product backlog.

Reporting out of JIRA, Azure, DevOps for various sprint burndown or release burndown charts and prepared executive report out of JIRA, Azure, DevOps reports.
