Job Description

1) Support the team members in technical matters, review the deliverables including test case, test scripts , defects , documentation and processes. Ensure a plan is prepared for the projects/tasks and assignments are done accordingly, periodic status updates are taken to evaluate progress/risks/issues.

2) Complete technical or process certification relevant to application development/engineering field.

3) Out of box thinking in using VSTS tool demonstration

4) Collaborate and support the team during delivery crisis, on technical research items. Treat co-workers with dignity and mutual respect.

5) Create and execute development best practice, accelerator and/or a knowledge sharing session on a process or technology trend per quarter.

6) Complete assigned projects and related tasks according to the project plan, deliver with quality and ensure zero escalations, schedule slippage.

7) Ensure SDLC processes are followed, all technical documents are available, relevant sign-offs are taken for deliverable.

8) VSTS is used efficiently during STLC process

9) VSTS Dashboard features are used efficiently
