• Good Written Oral communication skills in English

• Ability to communicate clearly and articulately with very Senior Officers

• Status reporting to project coordinators

• Project escalation to senior management as and when needed

Stakeholder Management

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for the flawless execution of project

• Coordinate with external stakeholders for the flawless execution of project

Estimation Planning

• Knowledge in SDLC

• Knowledge in Effort Cost estimation

• Knowledge in preparing Project Plan Documents (Project Management Plan, Configuration Management Plan, Risk Management Plan, Training Plan, Implementation Plan etc.)

Project Monitoring

• Ensure project is delivered on time and within the stipulated scope and budget Tracking milestones (Deliverables and Payments).

• Measure project performance using appropriate project management tools

• Resource Management Monitoring of daily activities of team members

• Conduct Project Review Meetings (Daily scrum, Weekly/Monthly Reviews)

• Facilitate Technical Reviews (Code Review, UI Review, Test Case Review etc)

• Facilitate SQA to plan and conduct Audits (Start-up Audit, Work Product Audit etc.)

• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on slippage of project objectives

• Proactively identify project risks and communicate to stakeholders

• Identity and resolve project issues as and when needed

• Overseeing that the quality of the delivered project does not slip during AMC and Support period.

Technical Skills

• Knowledge in programming languages (Java, React JS)

• Knowledge in Micro Service Architecture

• Knowledge in Spring Boot Knowledge in RDBMS

• Knowledge in IDE (Eclipse, STS etc)

• Knowledge in Web/Application Server

Team Management

• Ensuring that the team morale is always at the highest level

• Ensuring that the work distribution is proper and uniform

• Ensuring that the team is happy and content

Managerial Skills

• Participating in and supervising each stage of the project.

• Lead a team of developers communicate with stakeholders

• Analysing existing operations and scheduling training sessions and meetings to discuss improvements.

• Delivering completed software products to clients and performing regular checks on the products performance.
