Responsibilities for Project Manager

• Determine and define project scope and objectives as well as build the project roadmap and R&D.

• Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner and prepare the project budget based on scope of work and resource requirements. Involve all the stakeholders and ensure technical feasibility.

• Analyze change requests and create an Impact Analysis Report. Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.

• Establish and maintain relationships with appropriate client stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes. Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.

• Monitor and assign resources appropriately to streamline project efficiency and maximize deliverable outputs.

• Pre-Sales and Client Relationship management.

• Collaborate with the Freelancers/part timers to fulfill the project deadline (If requires).

• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.

• Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution.

Skills and Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with developing web technologies and software platforms for maximum usability.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.

• Knowledge of requirement analysis, impact analysis, User interface design techniques.

• 3-5 years project management experience.

• Bachelors degree in computer science, business, or a related field.

• Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
