Engineering Project Manager/Scrum Master

Responsibilities :

• Manage and track projects in embedded software development and PC tooling for NXP IC s with focus on automotive applications
• Interface with global program management and line management
• Work as a Scrum master for 1-2 Agile scrum teams; manage the timebox and dependencies
• Participate actively in roll out of SAFe practices of software development
• Work closely with Architects, engineers and validation teams to meet the project goals and commitments
• Manage stakeholder communications and expectations
• Multi-site working in multicultural teams around the globe

Requirements:

• Master or Bachelor s degree in Electronic Engineering or Computer Science
• At least 10-12 years combined experience in engineering and software project leadership delivering cross-functional projects across disciplines (SW, HW, QA)
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in leading projects in Agile/Scrum methodology
• Expert level knowledge in Agile/Scrum methodologies. Familiar with Agile project management tools like JIRA, Confluence etc.
• Well versed with Automotive software development processes like ASPICE or Automotive Functional Safety
• Detailed understanding of, and experience with all phases of product development processes
• Experience in semiconductor or automotive industry with focus on radio or radar systems
• Self-motivated and proactive with demonstrated creative and critical thinking
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills with the ability to win the confidence of highly skilled engineers
