Scrum Master/ Project Manager-Agile (5-7) @ Exegesis

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for conducting all scrum ceremonies for assigned projects (sprint planning, daily standup, sprint review, maintaining product backlog and user stories)
• Creating detailed project plans, closely tracking team's progress on sprint and ensuring any corrective action is immediately taken
• Ensuring zero slippage for project deliveries and making sure deliveries are on schedule and on budget
• Formulating reports for project and management teams using a standard set of tools. Make visible any project risks to the team and to management.
• Ensuring productivity by fostering team communication, empowerment, and accountability. Help the team manage and resolve conflicts
• Working with other Scrum Masters to prepare for and facilitate quarterly cross-team planning sessions
• Responsible for owning the client relationship, effective coordination with prompt responses, weekly status reporting
  

Requirements:

• 5-7 years of overall IT / Software project management experience with minimum 2 years as Scrum Master
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills. Should be well versed with Agile framework, must be client facing and hands on.
• Excellent communication skills (written email and oral)
• Exposure to Technology and Insurance domain, Agile certification is an added advantage
• Prefer Engineering/Management graduates from premier institutes, possessing ability to hustle, analytical thinking, motivated and career-driven
