Roles and Responsibilities

US Health care domain experience in mandatory

Exp : Minimum 8+yrs

Notice period - 15 to Max 60 days

Location : Any Wipro Location in India

1. Experience in a scrum master role for 5 + years
2. Familiarity with software development
3. Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement)
4. Good knowledge of other Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)
5. Excellent communication and servant leadership skills
6. Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability
7. Outstanding organizational skills
8. Degree in Computer Science, Business or similar field
9. Healthcare - payer domain is a plus
10. Scrum master certification is a plus
11. JIRA experience is a plus
12. SAFe certified is a plus
