Designation: Web Developer Cum SEO Executive

Responsibilities:

1. Builds, designs, and maintains all websites and software applications.
2. Designs, writes, and edits website content.
3. Understands UI, cross-browser compatibility, and general web functions and standards.
4. Creates solutions for identified problems or bugs.
5. Communicates with colleagues, managers, and stakeholders daily.
6. Executes assignments with the use of web applications, scripts, and programming languages such as HTML, CSS, and PHP.
7. Develops and validates test routines to ensure the quality of the external and internal interface.
8. Plans and delivers software platforms and products across multiple organizational units.
9. Evaluates written code to ensure it meets industry standards and is compatible with all devices/user interfaces.
10. Maintains a professional understanding of web development by tracking trends and participating in team meetings.
11. Accomplishes company goals by accepting ownership of new and different requests.
12. Responsible for planning, implementing and managing company's overall SEO/SMM/SEM/SMO strategy.
13. Work towards organic search optimization and ROI maximization.
14. Regularly perform thorough keywords research
15. Identify key SEO KPIs
16. Monitor redirects, click rate, bounce rate, and other KPIs
17. Prepare and present reports regularly
18. Identify our buyer persona to better target identified audiences
19. Identify problems and deficiency and implement solutions in a timely manner
20. Suggest improvements for process and productivity optimization
21. Work with team to properly implement SEO best practices
22. Stay up to date with the latest SEO and digital marketing latest trends and best practices.
23. Proven success in SEO
24. 2 years of experience web analytics, marketing, and business development
25. Experience with A/B testing and other testing metrics
26. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and PHP
27. Ability to analyze data and provide evidence-based recommendations
28. Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on companys success
29. Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
30. Team player
31. Good time-management skills
32. Great interpersonal and communication skills
33. Degree in relevant quantitative fields.
34. Creative problem-solving skills.
35. Strong organizational skills.

37. Hands-on experience with network diagnostics.
38. Minimum of 2 years experience as a web developer.
