India's leading private life insurer needs Branch Manager Agency Channel in Tanjore and Tirunelveli

Job description of BH

1) Build a Cohesive unit by recruiting and developing agency sales managers and BM  & distributors.

2) Manage Performance, Persistency and Profitability of the unit assigned.

3) Build and monitor the sales process of Licensing, coding and activation of distributors.

4) Plan/ Control/ Monitor team to meet desired business numbers.

5) Train team members on selling products

Desired Candidate Profile

Graduation + At least 8 years of working experience in Life, Health, General Insurance Agency,  Banca, Direct channel with
min 3-4 years of team handling experience

Good local and office language needed
