Reporting - R&D Head

Experience 8 to 10 yrs

Location Gurgaon (Corporate Office)

Main Objective of the positions

Support Profitable Growth of 2W business vertical in line with business strategy / Business plan for customer projects from acquisition to successful launch of project.

Key Competencies & Skills

Critical Skills - Through knowledge about development & costing of Various 2W Frame welded and Body parts ,Planning & Analysis, good technical acumen, customer focused.

Important Skills - Communication skills, Good hand on MS Office, Project review with stake holders,and system adherence in Project Requirements.

Important Skills - Good Communication within team & plants, interact efficiently & effectively with customers and supplier partners, result oriented.

Scope of Authority

2W Project development,execution, smooth launch and handover to Production Plant.

Specialized Knowledge and Skills

Project Planning & Execution.

Excellent Knowledge of 2W sheet metal, Tubular & machining parts
