Mindrops is hiring Freshers in Web, Mobile application development, Digital Marketing and Project managers . We are looking for smart individuals with good communication and interpersonal skills who have a flair for technology to contribute to Ongoing and upcoming Projects. The right candidate loves technology and is passionate about building products for web & mobile.

Job Requirements:

• Qualification - Btech/Mtech/BCA/MCA - 2017/2018/2019 Batches (Consistently excellent academic track record)
• Experience 0 - 2 years. 6 months experience is preferred or Serious rigorous training from any institute will be an added advantage.

Desired Developer Profile:

• Freshers with knowledge in software development with good understanding of one or more technologies such as Php, .Net, Java, Node.js, Vue.js, angular, React, C#, Swift, SQL, html etc.
• Must be serious towards career, and willing to learn new technologies quickly.
• Must have aptitude for software/application development
• Understand technology and software development lifecycle thoroughly.
• Must have knowledge of coding standards
• Must have knowledge of Git
• Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximise development efficiency.

Rounds of Interview:

• Level 1: Written test
• Level 2: Practical test
• Level 3: Interview with Tech Lead
• Level 4: HR Interview
