  • You will manage teamof outsourced Facilities Management team for Asset Management of Utilities likeElectrical Systems (Transformers, Substation, Electrical LT Panels,Distribution System), Mechanical Systems (HVAC, Air compressors, Water supply,Sewage Treatment Plant, Fire Hydrant, Sprinkler Systems, Fire Alarm system,CCTV, VESDA etc), Soft services (Housekeeping, Pest Control, Gardening),Building maintenance (Roof, Trusses, Walls, Flooring)
  • Building and UtilitiesLife Cycle Maintenance plan
  • Canteen and Pantryservices for factory set up
  • Security Services forfactory set up
  • Projects Managementfor factory expansion, maintenance services. Vendors management. Coordinationwith architect, design agencies, consultants.
  • Environment Health andSafety (EHS) for Maintenance and Projects Management. Ensure Zero Harm Culture,Risk assessment, Siemens EHS ten points program.
  • Budget planning (longterm and short term), Online Systems update for budget, Maintenance Strategy(Capex and Expenses)
  • Compliances to variousstate statutory requirements, factories act etc.
  • Coordination with SREcentral team, EHS, SCM, sustainability team, security team, commercial
  • Focus on FactoryCustomer (Location in charge, Factory Manager, Commercial team, EHS etc)

You are a Graduate or Post Graduate inEngineering - Mechanical or Electrical with factory office experience.

You bring at least 11- 14 years of relevant experience in working Asset Management (Utilities,Buildings Services) for factory office campus, Facilities Management etc.

People managementskills. Business Customer focus. Stakeholder management. Digital acumen,proficiency in digital tools and systems.

Excellent written andverbal communication skills, strong interpersonal skills. Result oriented,Sense of urgency, Drive a culture of owner ship, accountability, and continuousimprovement. Commercial skills required for meeting SRE goals.
