It provides Doctors with guaranteed Evidence Based MEDICAL SECOND OPINIONS in under 15 minutes, and access to more than 1 million medical cases, 30K+ Medical Journals, Learning Series, Medical Calculators, Conferences, and Quizzes. It's totally free for Doctors to use in India. Almost 800K Doctors in India have registered on Hidoc Dr. App & Web Solutions. Almost 800,000 Doctors use Hidoc solutions per month.
Job Description:
- Drafting and reviewing client agreements
- Reviewing and Editing vendor agreements
- Preparation and Review of Non-Disclosure Agreements
- Drafting and communicating Legal Notices whenever needed
- Ensuring end to end arbitration process as and whenever needed
- Assisting company legal firm with litigation issues and as and when needed
- Drafting company policies in guidelines with government documents
- Management of company IP and Patents as and when needed
- Assisting with ESOPs and equity allocation as and when needed
- Formulating plan and deployment of SME IPO with respective broker and PE firms
Requirements:
- At-least 5 years of experience post-graduation
- At-least 2 years of experience in labour law
- At-least 1 year of litigation experience in district court of Pune
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Must be a Team Player
- Experience in a process-oriented environment using tools such as Trello etc.
- Excellent professional network and problem-solving skills
Working Days and Time:
Candidate can choose any 2 Days/week or 3 Days/Week
[20 Hours per Week or 80 Hours per Month]
Work Timing:
As per candidate preference, office is open from 9 am to 9 pm
