Freshers 2019 to 2022 , passing out students from any stream can apply and Applicants from minimum of 0 - 3 years experience in any customer service background outbound or inbound international Process

Role : Email Support Executive


Location: Chennai - FAYOLA Towers Pallaikaranai


Qualification: HSC passed / Any graduate / arrear can be considered .

Exp. Range 0 - 3 Years

Working hours : Mon to Sun Rotational Week off 6 days work

Salary breakup details :

  • Fresher : 14,416 INR CTC Per month ; 12000 Take home
  • Experience : 18,083 INR CTC Per month : 14700 Take home

Requirement details

  • 0 to 3 Years of experience in Outbound and Inbound calls with excellent communication.
  • Freshers with excellent communication can also be considered.
  • Candidate should be strong in communication (should be good Grammar, sentence construction and pronunciation)
  • Preferably Immediate joiners.
  • Transport : Drop will be provided for late evening logouts
  • Scope: Email handling in English language only

Typing speed 35 WPM with 90% accuracy


Soft Skills: Good written communication skills in English


Rounds of Interviews:

  • HR round
  • Operations round
  • Versant /Final round

Mode of interview: Direct Walkin Drive ( please come with 2 copies of your resume and a Government ID PROOF)
