Job Description
Job Summary
-To maintain a progressive market training to drive service and product quality as per brand standards.
-To drive standardization of mandatory brand Learning processes at all levels to ensure continuous capability and culture building.
Area of Operation
Cluster of Pizza Hut stores in the market
P.S. The candidate should be open to extensive travel within the market
(7-10 days in a month) as required.
Key Activities
- Specialization in conducting trainings on various behavioral and soft skills related subjects which are directly related to the Business rationale.
- Conducting and coordinating organizing skillset trainings for all staff levels at stores and participating in Bench planning and succession roadmap of employees.
- Maintaining and tracking trainings and their productivity.
- Execution of New products at stores and seamless reinforcement of New Marketing offers.
- Conducting Store visits for checking adherence of OPS KPIs, Food safety and brand and standards and carrying out Action planning and implementation
- Designing instructional workbook materials used in training including handouts, presentation decks, daily learning capsules, quizzes and worksheets.
- Escalation Management and Root cause analysis across the market stores, recommending and getting solutions implemented.
- New Store Internal Team Identification & Certification
- Aiding operations for New store openings from conception to execution and beyond.
- Managing various Ops tests and reporting feedback.
- Participating in Quarterly Business Review and action planning.
- Core participation in all employee engagement activities in the market and also managing Market Competitions organized by our parent company Yum! International.
- Participation in Culture & Capability events and initiatives.
- Core involvement in Process/Product enhancement initiatives.
