Type of Program: US Technical Support - Voice Process

Job Profile:

• Provide Support to the International Customer's issues related to ISP(Internet Service Provider) through calls.

Requirements

• Should be fluent in English.
• Should have min 6 months experience in International technical support Voice Process.
• Should be strong in technical.
• Good in Customer Centricity.

Qualification: Any

Working Days: 5 Days working with 2 days rotational week offs.

Shift Timings:

• Should be flexible to work in Rotational Shifts(Includes Night Shifts).
• 2 Ways Cab Facilities will be provided.

Salary

For Freshers Salary Upto 3L CTC + Allowances + Incentives

For Experienced Salary Upto 5L CTC + Allowances + Incentives
