Job Description

Communicates company goals, safety practices, and deadlines to team.
Motivates team members and assesses performance. Provides help to management, including hiring and training, and keeps management updated on team performance.
Responsible for leading the on boarding initiative and team.
Meeting all targets through the daily management of a team of employees to include hiring, motivating, recognizing, and rewarding, coaching, counselling, training,and problem solving.

Expectations/ Requirements:

Develop, assess, and implement merchant on boarding objectives and operational policy
Optimization in merchant on boarding
Act as key advisor on resource enhancement and operational policy, providing guidance,education, and training
Utilize metrics to assess and drive performance, ensuring objectives are met.
Leading, guiding, directing, and evaluating the work of other employees, and ensuring a healthy working environment
Should be good in the below mentioned skills: -
Leadership Skills, Performance evaluation, Conflict resolution, Problem-solving skills, Communication
