Health Insurance - General Manager - Noida @ Paytm

This role will be responsible for claims assurance and renewal flow of Health Insurance. Analytical articulation of a business or operations problem statement and using data analysis to understand the complexity of the problem and broad contours of potential solution

• 10 years of experience in business development and partnering of Health Insurance domain
• Research on claims assurance and messaging related to the same
• Should have built, monitored, and managed the renewal flow
• Setting up metrics for measuring functional performance and responsible for tracking its improvement.
• Recommending product improvements based on analytical findings. Defining new metrics, techniques, and strategies to improve performance.
• Team Management/ Hiring and Team Development is essential
